Perard fish soup is one of most reputed fish soup brands in France and for good reason – high in fish content, Perard soupe de poisson has great flavour, is one of the best French fish soups we have tried and 100% natural and gluten free.
To enjoy, warm your Perard fish soup in a saucepan and serve with optional croutons and rouille. If you enjoy cheese, a little grated Emmental works well too. And if you rub fresh garlic into your croutons, they will taste even better!
