Harvested at peak maturity, the whole extra black truffle is a regular-shaped truffle that is simply excellent in taste! It goes wonderfully with game, red meat, poultry and fish.

The truffle has already been cooked: add it, along with its juice, to your dishes and sauces at the last minute to conserve all its aromas. Never heat your truffle to a high temperature as this destroys the flavour.
