How To Enjoy!

Start by browning slices of farmhouse bread in a little black truffle-flavoured olive oil. Next, cut them into bite-sized portions and top with a few pieces of truffle carpaccio, enhanced with a pinch of fleur de sel, or spread a little summer truffle salsa.

A drizzle of this olive oil will be perfect over your dishes and appetisers. The carpaccio goes very well on lightly grilled toast with a little fleur de sel, as will the salsa.

Ingredients

Black truffle-flavoured extra virgin olive oil (100 ml) Extra virgin olive oil 98.9%, aroma.

Jar of summer truffle carpaccio (40 g) Summer truffles (Tuber aestivum) 50%, extra virgin olive oil, aroma, salt.

Jar of olive spread and summer truffles 3% (50 g) Made from button mushrooms, black olives and summer truffles. Button mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus) 51%, black olives 25%, extra virgin olive oil, natural aroma, summer truffles (Tuber Aestivum) 3%, salt, garlic.

May contain traces of: Milk, Mustard, Egg.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry, dark place. After opening, keep refrigerated and use rapidly.
