These slivers of summer truffle in extra virgin olive oil can be enjoyed just as they are, on toast or alongside a cheese board.
Allow at least 10 g per person.
Ingredients
Summer truffles (Tuber aestivum) 50%, extra virgin olive oil, aroma, salt.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Best before: see lid. After opening, keep refrigerated and use rapidly.
