About this product
We have tried many squid ink pastas over the years and rank this the best we have yet tried. Why? It really has (good) flavour and is very much a seafood ingredient! Ideal to use to make seafood pasta.
The pasta can be cooked whole, or broken up to use in soups and naturally used to make a superb seafood pasta – it’s worth researching recipes, but a tomato based sauce, some chopped and lightly fried garlic incorporated into it along with seafood of your choice cooked in the suce (mussels and prawns for example), a hint of chilli and liberal amounts of extra virgin olive oil make for a delicious dish!
