A very enjoyable and 100% natural goose terrine – best served cool on some baguette or lightly toasted bread with condiments such as French cornichons (mini gherkins).

Very enjoyable with a French red wine of your choice – a Cahors for example!

Prepared for us by Maison Godard in Perigord.
