Just delicious! A treat for anyone keen on foie gras and you will not find better – a whole duck foie gras lobe mi cuit (ready to eat), which is lightly seasoned and has perfect flavour and texture.

In simple terms duck foie gras “entier” refers to the best grade of foie gras available and Edouard Artzner foie gras give this their top 5* rating.

Foie gras “mi cuit” have been less cooked than fully preserved foie gras, giving them a fuller flavour that many connoisseurs prefer. We fully agree and find the depth of taste and texture of this foie gras just wonderful!

Makes a special starter for 5/6 for special occasions.

If you want to enjoy foie gras at it’s very best, we recommend enjoying it cool (remove from fridge 10 minutes prior to serving) on some finely sliced good quality bread (toasted or untoasted), a few salt crystals/ fresh or dried figs or a chutney/ wine jelly of your choice.
