About this product
The famous cassoulet (white lingot) beans from Castelnaudary cooked in goose fat.
Essentially, these are the bean sauce used in cassoulet – so if you enjoy cassoulet but would rather not have meat, this is an excellent option. You can also serve cassoulet beans alongside Sunday roasts and specialities from South West France such as duck confit.
To warm up, pour your lingot beans in a saucepan and warm very gently, stirring regularly.
