The juice from Red and Golden Delicious apples is matured in oak barrels for four to five years to create a sweet and fruity vinegar.
Produced in the Lombardy region of Italy, this Apple Vinegar is Ideal for a light salad dressing, to caramelise grilled meats, or even enjoy a teaspoon in hot water for its probiotic effects
