Lobster Butter (100g)

A fine tasting lobster butter (beurre de homard), which resembles a luxury lobster pate.

The flavour is superb, with a strong, deep and well balanced taste of lobster and the texture is enjoyable and smooth on the palate.

Spread a liberal amount on some warm finely sliced toast (with an optional side salad) for a luxury starter or deluxe canapes.

If you were looking for a wine to go with it, a chilled medium Riesling or Sancerre or Vouvray.

Our lobster butter is prepared by Cruscana, a French food company founded in 1965 and specialising in creating seafood based butters based on the traditional recipes of Auguste Escoffier, the famous French chef.
