A traditional French wild boar terrine (Castaing brand) seasoned with sage and berries. Entirely natural and preservative free.
This pate has great flavour, a pleasant and appetizing colour, good texture and the taste of berries works well with the wild boar.
Delicious, served at room temperature, on some lightly toasted French bread or fresh loaf. Also works well as part of a Ploughman’s lunch!
A popular addition to French food hampers and gifts.
