Two exceptional products combined… Guérande (PGI) salt, subtle and bursting with trace elements, and summer truffle with its light, delicate flavour. Just a pinch is enough to add a special –some might say celebratory – touch to dishes such as roast potatoes, vegetable purées, risottos, scrambled eggs and even buttered popcorn!

Very popular to include in French food gifts and hampers.

Cooking Preparation Tips

As with all truffle products it is best added to foods which do not have too strong a flavour to allow the subtle taste of the truffle to shine through.
