Flavoursome salmon rillettes (you really taste the smoked salmon) with a very enjoyable texture and just a hint of lemon in the background.
How to enjoy these? Serve cool and enjoy on some lightly toasted bread or with some crackers – a side salad would not go amiss and serve with a chilled fruity white wine – a Gewürztraminer could work or a Vouvray from the Loire Valley.
