Outstanding duck magret rillettes (100% natural) prepared by Maison Godard in the French Perigord region – the 10% smoked duck magret gives a pleasant but not over the top smokiness and depth of flavour!
Duck rillettes make a tasty and easy to prepare cold starter served on some warm, lightly toasted bread served with a side green salad.
Rillettes also work well on canapes as they are very spreadable … and they make superb sandwiches in a baguette!
