About this product

A delicious and flavoursome French duck pate prepared with smoked duck magret for a sweet and smoky taste and just a hint of basilic – 100% natural and preservative free.

At it’s best enjoyed with some good quality bread as a French starter alongside mini gherkins and perhaps some cheese!

This pate has a nice appetizing pink colour, very pleasant texture and aroma, and a little duck stock at the base of the jar – an outstanding pate, which we highly recommend.

Prepared by Castaing in the Landes region, South West France.

Pork fat, duck meat, smoked duck magret, chicken liver, eggs, shallots, gelatine, garlic, basilic, starch, Espelette pepper, pepper.
