About this product
A finely flavoured sauternes wine jelly to go with foie gras, pates and terrines and hard mountain cheeses.
Sweet, but not overly, the flavour of wine shines through and is wonderfully balanced.
Please note that for the texture to be in jelly form, you need to store your sauternes wine jelly in a fridge.
Prepared for us by Castaing Foie Gras in the Landes region of South West France.
Ingredients
Sauternes wine (50%) (contains sulphites), fruit sugars, cane sugar, gelling agents (pectin).
