Soupe De Crabe Perard (780g Serves 2/3)

Perard crab soup is one of our favourites in the Perard soup range with a great balance and depth of crab flavour.

It tastes delicious and is one of the best crab soups you are likely to try and makes a very enjoyable starter for three, or light main for two.

Simply pour your crab soup into a saucepan and warm gently until hot and serve with fried bread croutons (you can rub them with garlic), rouille and even grated Emmental, Comte or Gruyere cheese.

Another way to enjoy Perard crab soup is to add warm it and then add 5 minutes prior to serving some tinned crab meat/ fresh crab and/ or pieces of white fish (haddock for example) and shellfish (mussels and prawns). This makes a sort of mock bouillabaisse and is very enjoyable and remarkably simple!
