Perard Crab Soup (390g Serves One)

A delicious 100% natural French crab soup reputed for it’s high crab content and flavour (2 years life unopened).

Perard crab soup serves one as a starter or light main and simply requires warming gently in a saucepan until hot.

Best enjoyed with Perard rouille and croutons (rubbed with a garlic clove).

Another good way to enjoy Perard crab soup is to make your own bouillabaisse – to prepare simply add pieces of white fish and shellfish when the soup is hot and cook them in the soup for 5 minutes taking care not to overcook them.
