Two honey roasted quails cooked in a delicately flavoured Muscat wine and foie gras sauce: a refined recipe for an elegant dinner.

Heat in a traditional oven (180c for 20-25 minutes) –  serve hot, accompanied by white rice, polenta, or fresh egg tagliatelle to absorb the delicious sauce.

Like all the Maison Godard specialities – two things standout in this dish – the quality of the meat – and the phenomenal taste of the sauce.

Two whole honey roasted quails, honey, armagnac, salt, spices, sauce (water, Muscat wine, shallots, duck foie gras, modified corn starch, veal jus (contains wheat), maize starch, wheat flour, duck fat, salt, pepper.
