We were keen to try this product from the Brindisa range and find it (like everything they do!) superb! The quality of the meat is superb, you can taste the paprika and the smoking is light.
What is pancetta exactly and how do you use it? Pancetta is cured pork belly and in it’s simplest form you can use it like a very high quality dry cured bacon. Slice it very finely, crisp it in a pan, and enjoy it!
Pancetta can also be used as an ingredient and added to dishes such as stews to impart flavour.
Ours comes smoked from Cecinas Pablo in north western Spain and adobada (rubbed with paprika).
Pork, salt, paprika, garlic and oregano.
Storage:
Keep refrigerated below 6°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 15 days.
