A stellar duck foie gras entier (the best grade available) mi cuit (for fuller flavour) beautifully seasoned with sweet jurancon wine and aromatic juniper berries.

The overall result both in flavour and texture is near perfect!

Delicious served in slices, cool, either just as it is on lightly toasted bread, with a little salt & pepper, or with a fig jam or sauternes wine jelly.

For any foie gras connoisseur, this comes very highly recommended.
