Description

A sublime foie gras de canard entier mi cuit presented in a sous vide presentation prepared for us by Maison Godard.

These mi cuit foie gras are lightly poached and have a slightly fuller flavour than the fully preserved variety, which foie gras connoisseurs generally prefer. The texture is superb and the overall result is exceptional.

Best served cool in fine slices on some lightly toasted and finely sliced bread or brioche.

Goes well with our Mymoune fig jam or sauternes wine jelly.
