About this product
A special edition duck foie gras entier (the best grade available) of supreme quality seasoned with 10% fresh black truffles, which are skillfully worked into the foie gras.
This mi cuit variety has a perfect flavour and texture and is sublime – very generously truffled and the truffle is well worked throughout the foie gras, rather than just in the middle, so that the flavour of truffle permeates the whole foie gras better.
Serve cool in fine slices on finely sliced and toasted bread or brioche. In this particular instance, we would not recommend a wine jelly or fig chutney, because it is the flavour of truffle you are after!
