About this product
A superb whole duck foie gras (the top grade) seasoned with 5% black truffles (in slices and worked into the foie gras to impart their flavour).
The overall and texture of this foie gras are superb and the flavour of the truffle adds extra depth and dimension of flavour.
At it’s best served slightly cool on some finely sliced and lightly toasted bread or brioche.
Prepared for us by Maison Godard in the French Perigord region.
