We rate this one of the best foie gras we have tried with near perfect texture and a superb flavour.
Edouard Artzner are one of France’s oldest and most reputed foie gras houses and their foie gras “entier” are the best ones they do. It is fully ready to eat and “entier” refers simply to the fact they use the best quality whole foie gras lobes to make these.
Best served cool in fine slices on some lightly toasted bread or brioche. The natural wine pairing would be a Sauternes.
