A superb duck foie gras seasoned with Jurancon wine, which gives it a slightly fruity note.

The overall depth and balance of flavour and texture of this foie gras are superb.

Best served cool on finely sliced and toasted bread or brioche.

Can be enjoyed as it is or with some fig jam or Sauternes wine jelly.

Duck foie gras, jurancon wine, salt, pepper, antioxydant (sodium ascorbate)

Shelf Life

9 months in a fridge 0c to 4c.

Storage

Store in a fridge. Once open consume within 2 days.

Cooking Preparation Tips

Best served cool sliced finely on some lightly toasted bread or brioche. Goes well with a fig jam or wine jelly.

Remove your foie gras from the fridge and it’s wrapping 20 minutes prior to serving.
