A very good quality goose foie gras bloc seasoned with a little black truffle in the centre.

Edouard Artzner are one of France’s oldest and most reputed foie gras producers and all their foie gras are of very high quality.

Best enjoyed served cool in fine slices on some lightly toasted bread or brioche together with a sauternes wine jelly or fig jam – the natural wine pairing would be a Sauternes served cool.

Opens with a key which comes with the foie gras – or a tin opener.
