About this product
A very enjoyable, full flavoured and rustic farmhouse terrine seasoned with cepes (porcini mushrooms).
The ceps give great depth of flavour and a certain “earthiness” for want of a better adjective!
Very enjoyable served cool on some baguette of lightly toasted bread with some French cornichons.
Ingredients
Pork meat, duck meat 30%, eggs, poultry liver, porcini mushrooms 5%, salt, Armagnac, gelatine, spices, sugar.
