A very good quality duck foie gras seasoned with black Perigord truffle prepared by Castaing foie gras specialists in the Landes region of South West France.
This duck foie gras has a very enjoyable flavour enhanced with the subtle flavour of black truffle.
At its best served cool, finely sliced, on some lightly toasted bread with a sauternes wine jelly or fig jam – or even just salt and pepper!
