Duck Confit With Sarladaise Potatoes (300g Microwave Meal 1 Portion)

A tasty French dish in one portion microwave meal format – tender pieces of duck confit cooked with Sarladaise style potatoes (sliced potatoes cooked with larding bacon, garlic and parsley).

To prepare this dish you can:

1. Remove tray from the cardboard sleeve/ pierce the lid with a fork and heat in a microwave for 2 minutes
2. Place the plastic tray in a bain marie for 8 minutes.
3. Pour contents of tray into a saucepan or oven dish and heat accordingly
4. A side salad works well with this dish too.
