Cooking Preparation Tips
Place tin at room temperature 1h prior to cooking to loosen duck fat. Then open time and remove duck leg, place in an oven dish and place in oven preheated at 180c for 20 minutes until golden brown.
Duck confit goes well with oven roasted potatoes – you can use the duck fat in the tin to roast your potatotes.
