A very enjoyable French meal for two prepared with Toulouse sausages cooked in a flavoursome lentils sauce with carrots and onions.
La Belle Chaurienne Saucisses De Toulouse Aux Lentilles simply requires warming gently in a saucepan and goes well with a side green salad.
