Joue De Porc Et Pommes De Terre A La Sarladaise (300g Microwave Tray)

Tender pieces of pork cooked with Sarladaise potatoes. A very tasty dish indeed.

To prepare simply pierce the lid and place in a microwave for 2 minutes. Or you can also place the tray in boiling water for 8 minutes, in which case do not pierce the lid.

Like all La Belle Chaurienne range, this dish is 100% natural and prepared with Sarladaise potatoes, a piece of pork, larding bacon to add flavour, and parsley sauce.

One of our customers suggested adding apple sauce to the dish once served, and we felt this would work well!

Goes well with a side green salad.
