A high quality goose foie gras en bloc, prepared for us by Edouard Artzner in Strasbourg – each tin contains 2 individual slices of goose foie gras. Opens with a tin opener.
Edouard Artzner are one of France’s oldest and most reputed foie gras producers.
Goose foie gras is best enjoyed served cool in fine slices on some lightly toasted white bread or brioche together with a sauternes wine jelly or fig jam – the natural wine pairing would be a Sauternes although increasingly the recommendation is just to enjoy foie gras with whatever wine you like best!
These smaller presentations work very well in luxury food gift hampers.
