A very high quality balsamic vinegar (10 year old) from Modena.

Superb rounded flavour, relatively thick consistency, ideal for use in salads, grated carrot- it will transform them into something special! You can also add a few drops on parmesan or enjoy on a teaspoon – it really is that good!

We have tried many balsamic vinegars right up to the very expensive 25 year old traditional balsamics, and in taste to quality to price ratio rank this one of the best we have tried.

It is middling thick but above all it is the taste, which is lovely!
