Foie gras “mi cuit” have been less cooked than fully preserved foie gras, giving them a fuller flavour that many connoisseurs prefer.

If you want to enjoy foie gras at it’s very best, we recommend enjoying it cool (remove from fridge 10 minutes prior to serving) on some finely sliced good quality bread (toasted or untoasted), a few salt crystals/ fresh or dried fig jam/ wine jelly of your choice.

In order to guarantee a lobe of Foie Gras with a minimum of melting during cooking, this product is pre-cooked in a bag at low temperature.

You can eat it as is, on toast, or cut it into 8 to 10 beautiful escalopes. You will thus obtain pan-fried Foie Gras escalopes that are easy to prepare without any special handling or technique.
