A finely flavoured whole goose foie gras entier (the best grade available) seasoned with salt, pepper and Monbazillac wine, which imparts it with an added flavour dimension and a few sweeter notes.
Delicious served cool in middling fine slices on some lightly toasted bread or brioche.
Goes well too with our Mymoune fig jam or sauternes wine jelly.
