About this product
A high quality duck foie gras entier from South West France made with best quality duck foie gras lobes and seasoned with salt and pepper – 100% natural. Awarded Bronze Medal 2024 Concours Agricole.
These larger foie gras jars serve 6-7 comfortably.
The overall flavour and texture of the foie gras is perfect – best served cool sliced finely on some brioche or lightly toasted finely sliced bread.
Foie Gras goes well with a fig chutney or sauternes wine jelly.
