A typical dish (100% natural and preservative free) of the Quercy-Périgord region of France and extremely tasty (3 years life unopen).
Delicious and one of the tastiest dishes we have ever featured according to some of our tasting staff!
Tender pieces of duck cooked in a very flavoursome Cahors red wine sauce with porcini mushrooms.
Simply warm up gently in a saucepan and serve with some side mashed potatoes or tagliatelle pasta to absorb the flavoursome sauce.
Serves one very generously/ or two smaller appetites.

Duck thigh (47%), porcini mushrooms, sauce (duck stock, cahors wine (16%), onions, wheat flour, duck fat, modified corn starch, tomato concentrate, salt, sugar, pepper.
