Plantin (our supplier of dry mushrooms and truffles) have a reputation for quality, and their dry porcini are just superb and the best we have yet tried.
Dried porcini mushrooms work well in porcini mushroom risotto, porcini pasta and polenta dishes, and cream based sauces and soups.

Cooking Preparation Tips
Rehydrate dried porcini for 45 minutes in tepid water and carefully rinse them a few times to remove any grit.
You can keep the water you soak them in to add further flavour to your dish too!
