A very tasty Provençale beef stew prepared with tender chunks of beef simmered in a wine based sauce with plenty of vegetables.
To enjoy, simply pour contents into a saucepan and warm gently.
Daube de Boeuf goes well with boiled rice, boiled potatoes or fresh tagliatelle – anything which soaks up the nice sauce!
