Our delicious sardines are marinated in white wine (Muscadet) and seasoned with carefully picked spices (cloves, pickles, lemon).
Conserverie Courtin sardines are freshly fished and meticulously prepared by following precise traditional methods. Then, they are canned by hand to ensure the best quality.
The Courtin canning factory is a family owned business, created in 1893. It is the most ancient fish cannery in Concarneau (located south of Brittany) and one of the oldest canneries throughout Brittany.
Sardines, aromatics (lemons, gherkins, cloves), white wine vinegar, Muscadet white wine, salt, flavouring. Contains sulphites.
