About this product
A high quality, ready to use French sauce aux morilles (morel mushroom sauce) prepared by Castaing in the Landes region of South West France.
Simply pour contents into a saucepan, warm up gently, and pour over your main ingredient.
Works well with red meats and pasta dishes.
Ingredients
Water, poultry carcass, cream, dry morel mushrooms, butter, wheat flour, shallots, white wine (sulphites), modified corn starch, Madeira wine (sulphites), leeks, onions, carrots, salt, celery, tomato, garlic, pepper, aromatic plants, spices.
Storage
Store in a cupboard up to two years. Once open store in a fridge and consume within 3 days.
