Two portion jars of cassoulet au confit d’oie (goose confit cassoulet) prepared with tender pieces goose confit and Toulouse sausages cooked in a flavoursome lingot bean sauce.
To enjoy, pour your cassoulet into an oven proof dish and re-heat in oven at 180c for 20 -30 minutes until golden brown.
If short of time you can also warm gently in a saucepan or heat in a microwave tray.
