Traditionally, the three main caviars that came from the Caspian Sea were Beluga, Oscietra and Sevruga.
So why not try them all together in a simple Taster Set? Nothing is included in this Taster Set except for three extremely good caviars.
These caviars no longer come from the Caspian Sea as all exports of caviar were prohibited in 2009. These examples are all derived from pure bred examples of the Caspian sturgeon: Huso Huso, Gueldenstaedtii and Stellatus.
For more information on the individual caviars, please check their individual listings.

E285 – Borax
What is Borax?
Borax, also known as Sodium borate, is a form of salt that is traditionally used in caviar production. It helps in the preservation process, improves consistency and also enhances the flavour.
Storage:
Please note that all caviar products should be refrigerated upon receipt. Once opened, consume within 48 hours. Caviar can be stored in a domestic fridge from minus 2c to +4c (the colder and closer to 0c the better!) 4 weeks and more. When storing caviar in your fridge, it is important to store it at the back of the fridge on the bottom shelf where it is coolest and temperature does not fluctuate.
