A 100% natural French recipe and very tasty French meal for two large appetites or three smaller appetites and ideal to serve when entertaining – duck cooked in a flavoursome orange sauce.
This dish is delicious, the duck meat is very tender and plentiful and the flavour of the sauce is perfectly balanced and very fine indeed!
To enjoy, simply pour the contents into a saucepan and warm up gently. Alternatively you can pour this into an oven dish, cover with foil and warm until hot.
Goes well with boiled rice, wild rice, boiled or mashed potatoes, or fresh egg tagliatelle to soak up the delicious orange sauce.
