Boudin Noir aux Chataignes 200g Highly Recommended

For anyone who enjoys black pudding, this is delcious! As ever with the Maison Godard range, we are taken aback and impressed, at just how overwhelmingly well they managed to tin regional specialities.

To enjoy this speciality, open the tin on both sides, cut around the edges of the tin and remove the black pudding.

Maison Godard suggest serving it cool. We disagree here. We placed it on a serving plate and warmed it very gently so that it was tepid right through – like that the fat melts, it softens and the texture and flavours really open up.

Works very well with a little apple compote and potatoes in any form – and perhaps a side salad.
