Acacia honey with summer truffles (90g)

A very high quality liquid acacia honey with pieces (5%) of summer truffles inside.

You can see the truffle pieces in the honey – and when you happen to eat one of the truffle pieces, the flavour really bursts in the mouth!

Our acacia honey is prepared by Plantin, a French company specializing in marketing fresh truffles and truffle based products since 1930 – they have a worldwide reputation for quality and supply chefs (including Michelin starred) world wide and even the French Elysee!

Truffle honey works particularly well with cheeses … and we feel it can also work with foie gras too if used sparingly!
