Dried Wild Mushrooms

We have received a fresh supply of our dry wild mushrooms including dried porcini mushrooms, dry morel mushrooms, dried Girolles (yellow chanterelles) and a wild forest mushroom mix. We have worked with our supplier Plantin (also our black truffle supplier) for approximately 20 years and our main comment is simply that the quality of their mushrooms is superb. Plantin supply chefs worldwide and the grade of all their mushrooms is really AAA and this superb quality will shine through in your recipes!
