Our foie gras are prepared for us by Edouard Artzner foie gras specialists in Strasbourg, Castaing foie gras in the Landes region and Maison Godard in Perigord. These are some of the best foie gras in France and of exceptional quality.

All foie gras listed will be in date well into early 2025 and beyond and can already be ordered for Christmas and New Year. We encourage ordering early as we usually sell out of certain varieties closer to Christmas.
